Something Old, Something New! Our Stables Journey - Part II
There is always comfort in what you know, and when you take that leap of faith to the next step, it's exhilarating and nauseating all at the same time. The unknown is just scary!
Early on in the process of planning The Stables, we made the decision to construct a new reception space, rather than renovate more of the existing buildings on the property. It was one of those shifts that really shakes up the plan. But, the outcome was so much more amazing than we had originally dreamed. We were able to really customize the space how we wanted and as you can imagine, @hillaryamoss was in design heaven! This project was her baby!
To see our Pinterest boards and design plans come to life was an incredible feeling. It was a reminder to us why we love doing this job - in this place - week after week. To see an entire wedding day materialize after months of planning NEVER.GETS.OLD.
That’s exactly why we took the leap to open The Stables. We absolutely love what we do. We wanted more couples to be able to have a stress-free planning experience that only a completely in-house team like ours can create. We can't wait for you to come experience it too!
(P.S. - We also have to give a huge shout-out to our new chef, Casey Hawkland... who also just happens to be a master woodworker. The bar, our walls... so many cool features were custom-built by him. We are so lucky he's here!)
